Anthony Lamneck Goslin, 75, a three-month resident of Carson City, died Aug. 12, 2000, at Carson Health Care. He was born July 10, 1925, in Pennsylvania, to John Thomas Sr. and Ernestine Schuff Goslin.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Wayne, Pa.
Mr. Goslin was a contractor. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II for five years.
Among his survivors are his son David Springer of Pennsylvania; daughters Leni Manning of Minden and Sherilyn Padture of Storr, Conn.; brothers John Jr. of Berwyn, Pa, Karl of Artemas, Pa, and Pepper of Ocala, Fla.; sister, Jane Goslin of Berwyn and four grandchildren.
A private family service will be held in Minden. A celebration of life will be held in Wayne on Aug. 27.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Memorial contributions may be made through Kmart and other businesses for the WWII Memorial Fund.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
