Obituary: Benjamin Arthur Rollison

Benjamin Arthur Rollison, Sr., 83, a Stagecoach resident for the past 29 years, died Oct. 6, 2000 at Carson Healthcare Center. He was born April 9, 1917, in Chester, Pa., to James W. and Phoebe Martin.

Before moving to Stagecoach, he lived in Frazier Park, Calif.

Mr. Rollinson was a self-employed contractor. He was a private pilot, enjoyed golf and bowling and was a history buff.

He served in the U.S. Army.

Among his survivors are his son Benjamin A. Jr. of San Diego; daughter Lynne Asp of Silver Springs; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at a later date.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
