Obituary: Jesse Wade Knight

A funeral for Jesse Wade Knight St., 45, a Carson City resident for the past 25 years, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at FitzHenry's Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. today at FitzHenry's.

Mr. Knight died Aug. 8, 2000 in Carson City. He was born Dec. 19, 1954, in San Francisco to Stormey and Marie Larkin Knight.

Before moving to Carson City, he lived in the California Bay Area.

Mr. Knight enjoyed deep sea fishing and was an avid Raider fan. He loved his family.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

Among his survivors are his wife Mary and sons Jesse Knight Jr., Nathan Knight and Dennis Lee, all of Carson City and Darren Chavez of Martinez, Calif.; daughters Melissa Knight, Sara Knight and Crystal Lee, all of Carson City; parents of Silver Springs; brothers Tony of Reno, Dale of Carson City, Dave of Pisttsburg, Calif., Jimmy of Manteca, Calif., Stormey Jr. of Concord, Calif. and William of Bethel Island, Calif.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
