Obituary: Lydia P. Harder

Lydia P. Harder, a Norwalk, Calif., resident, died Sept. 12, 2000, at her home of a massive heart attack . She was born May 8, 1926, in Meade County, Kan.

She had lived in York, Neb., Nashville, Tenn., Charleston, W.Va., Monterey, Calif., and Denver, Colo.

Mrs. Harder retired from Colony Products Co. in Vernon, Calif. She was a charter member of the American Business Women's Association. She enjoyed craft work, sewing, traveling and being with friends.

She was preceded in death by sister Ruth and brothers Milton, Sidney and Willis.

Among her survivors are her sister and brother-in-law Ann and John H. York of Carson City; sisters-in-law Ruth Bohm Harder of Madera, Calif., and Sondra Harder of Rifle, Colo., and several nieces and nephews.

Burial will be at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
