Obituary: M. Marie Baldwin

M. Marie Baldwin, 81, a Stagecoach resident for the past six years, died Aug. 7, 2000 at her home. She was born Jan. 1, 1919, on the family farm in Muskogee, Okla., to Robert Ross and Ruby Mae Warnie Jones.

Before moving to Stagecoach, she lived in Prescott, Ariz.

Mrs. Baldwin was the former owner and operator of the Deli Francesco in Carson City. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vander O. Baldwin in 1999, daughter Carolyn York in 1998, brother Robert Jones and grandson Richard York.

Among her survivors are her son Larry of Maricopa, Ariz.; daughters Jane Loy of Stockton, Judy Baldwin of Stagecoach and Betty Leyrer of Carson City; brother Leonard Jones of Deer Park, Texas; sister Mary Glenda Brewer of Muskogee; 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.

Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
