Odella L. McHenry, 83, of Silver Springs, a Stagecoach resident for the past 23 years, died Oct. 26, 2000 at Carson Convalescent Center. She was born Dec. 7, 1916, in Ardmore, Okla., to Jimmie and Ella Royal Stoker.
Before moving to Stagecoach, she lived in Stockton, Calif.
Mrs. McHenry was a past member of the Good Sam's Club, a past member of the Homey Dos in Stockton and a member of the Silver Springs Senior Center. She enjoyed gardening and loved animals.
She was preceded in death by her sister Lucille McGee and brother Guy Stoker in 1999.
Among her survivors are her husband Carl of Carson City; son Robert Lingo of Stockton; sister Mary J. Frayo of Dayton; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
No service is scheduled.
Cremation will be at Walton's Carson Sierra Crematory.
Capitol City Cremation & Burial Society is in charge of arrangements.
