Obituary: Philomena Ann Taylor

A memorial service for Philomena Ann Taylor, 75, a Carson City resident for the past 26 years, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.

Mrs. Taylor died July 21, 2000, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born June 11, 1925, in Rhode Island to Anthony and Catherine Woodbury Fiore.

She married William Taylor April 23, 1966, in Pawcatuck, Conn.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Mystic, Conn.

Mrs. Taylor was a homemaker. She enjoyed the nickel slots and getting together with family and friends.

Among her survivors are her husband Bill of Carson City; son Joseph Pajak of Connecticut; daughter Janice Lary of Carson City and five grandchildren including Shane and Jason Bell of Carson City.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
