Wilma McWilliams, 79, a Carson City resident for the past 23 years, died Nov. 25, 2000 at Carson Convalescent Center. She was born April 20, 1921, in Jane Lew, W.Va. to George and Lula Weekley Moore.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Downey, Calif.
Mrs. McWilliams was a craft teacher and cake decorator. She was a Presbyterian.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Judith Welton.
Among her survivors are her husband of 57 years, Norman "Scotty" and daughter Norma Holland, both of Carson City; brother Harold Moore of Wichita, Kan.; sister Letha Carpenter of Nuevo, Calif.; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
