University of Nevada quarterback David Neill will miss Saturday's game against UTEP.
Neill will be out with a series of injuries, which include his right wrist, right shoulder and hip. Nevada will likely have to go without its defensive leader, middle linebacker Josh Smith, as well. Smith, who is recovering from an ankle injury, is listed as doubtful.
Standout defensive end Horacio Leyva, though, who is recovering from a knee injury, is listed as probable.
Wide receiver Jermaine Brown is also listed as probable. Long snapper Joe Herzon (left knee) is out indefinitely while offensive tackle Brian Barnes (back) is listed as questionable.
Out for the season are defensive end Leni Suiaunoa and Joe Andrews, quarterback Zack Threadgill and running back Adrien Dugas.
Brent Staninger, who replaced the injured Neill last week against SMU, will start at quarterback for the Wolf Pack against UTEP. Saturday's game will be at 12:05 p.m. at Mackay Stadium.
