Jose Juan Alcocer, 20, was arrested early Friday morning after deputies reportedly caught him and a 15-year-old girl getting dressed in a car.
According to the arrest report, Alcocer, of Carson City, admitted that he had sex with the girl. Her father was notified and declared that he wanted to press charges against the man.
When Alcocer was also tested for alcohol consumption and reportedly had a .08 blood-alcohol level. He was arrested on suspicion of gross misdemeanor statutory sexual seduction and misdemeanor charges of contributing to a minor's delinquency and underage drinking.
If convicted, he could face up to a year in the Carson City Jail.
Bail was set at $2,920.
