Need quick answers to your ranching or farming questions? University of Nevada Cooperative Extension's new Production Agriculture CD-ROM provides producers with answers right at their fingertips.

The CD-ROM is a result of research and data compiled from 13 western states including Nevada. It contains more than 3,500 extension publications on livestock, crops, farm management, pest management and natural resources.

The disk is easy to use with helpful hints to make searching for information painless. It also contains links to useful Web sites and cooperative extension offices.

"This is a great tool that brings a library of information to Nevada producers," said Alice Good, Extension Communications Coordinator. "It's a great way to research otherwise hard-to-find information.

The CDs are available for use at all local extension offices and Nevada libraries. For information, call Good at 784-7070. Additional copies can be ordered at $25 each. To order call (887) 692-9358 or fax (970) 491-2961.
