I would like to extol the need for "community Involvement" in the Indian Hills community. Get involved by attending the [open] board of directors meetings, and speaking out about the plans for the growth in our district.
Things are happening in our community that, necessarily, require more than 15-20 percent community involvement. Letting "someone else" take care of it may not bring about changes (which will happen) that coincide with your desires for your community.
If you pay a water and sewer bill to Indian Hills General Improvement District, you are part of this community and have a say in its management. I know for a fact that my community existence is being affected by people who don't necessarily want the same changes in my community that I do.
I'll do my share - will you do yours?
