There is a "saint" in Indian Hills; there is also a very bad odor.
The saint is the general manager of the General improvement District, at least he has the patience of a saint. The odor comes from the members of the board of trustees, at least some of them.
Joanne Riekenberg and Renee Haskell put Sunridge Corp. before the wishes of the district people who elected them.
Dick Fairfax trustee argues about management with the general manager, engineering with the district engineer and Nevada law with the district lawyer.
The rude behavior of these three board members toward the general manager, other district employees, the chairman of the trustees and the residents in the audience was unbelievable at the last public meeting.
I wish everyone in Indian Hills GID cared enough to attend the open meetings and see what really goes on.
