A graveside service for Betty Jean Province, 77, a Roseville, Calif., resident and former Carson City resident, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walton's Carson Gardens Cemetery.
Mrs. Province died Jan. 15, 2000 at Collins Manor in Sacramento. She was born July 29, 1922, in Pasadena, Calif., to Arthur Stanley Sr. and Katurah Borden.
Mrs. Province was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert Sr. in 1974 and sister Anna Belle Avery in 1999.
Among her survivors are her brother Arthor Stanley Borden; sons Delbert W. Jr., of Carson City, and Kenneth C., of Antelope, Calif.; daughter Patricia Stone, of Roseville, Calif.; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley, Crematory and Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
