A memorial Mass was held for Dawn Carter-Bradley, 52, who died June 1, 2000, at Washoe Medical Center. She was born March 1, 1948, and had lived in Reno since 1966, coming from Carson City.
Mrs. Carter-Bradley was a manager for the State of Nevada Employment Security Division and the Department of Motor Vehicles. She attended St. Paul's Episcopal Church, Sparks.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather Bob Herman in 1997 and stepmother Joan Carter in 1994.
Among her survivors are her husband Harry, sons Cory Gamble and Kevin Bradley and daughter Tawnya Gamble, all of Reno; son Mitch Bradley of Sacramento; sister Mist Carter of Elk Grove, Calif.; mother Mylie (Mighels) Herman of Grass Valley, Calif.; father Tom Carter of Carson City and five grandchildren.
Cremation will be at Sierra Crematory under the direction of Walton Funeral Home, Reno.
Memorial contributions may be made to a memorial fund being established with the church, Box 747, Sparks 89432.
