Henrietta Poletti, 91, of Carson City died Friday, March 3 in Sparks.
Mrs. Poletti had lived in Carson City for the past 27 years, coming from San Francisco, Calif.
She was born Oct. 19, 1908, in Italy to George and Armida Lenei Pieretti.
Mrs. Poletti had worked as a seamstress for Western Manufacturing, a leather works. She was a Catholic and a member of the Eagles.
Mrs. Poletti was preceded in death by her husband, Julio Poletti.
Survivors include sisters Aly Rovegno of Belmont, Calif., and Frances Ciarlo of San Francisco; daughters Joanne Cacicedo of Pacifica, Calif., and Armida Martinovich of Carson City; four grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Rosary will be read at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Walton's chapel of the Valley, 1281 North Roop Street in Carson City. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Community, with Father Paul officiating. Walton's is in charge of arrangements.
A memorial is being established with the Nevada Chapter of the Alzheimer's Foundation, 705 South Wells Avenue, Reno, NV 89502.
