Janie Frenzel, 69, died Jan. 21, 2000, at her Silver Springs home.
Mrs. Frenzel was born May 25, 1930, in East Lansing, Mich., to Jane Lee.
She was a homemaker who had lived in Silver Springs for the past 20 years, coming from Reno.
Mrs. Frenzel was preceded in death by a daughter, Colette Frenzel, in 1983.
Survivors include her mother of Yerington; husband Allen Frenzel of Silver Springs; son Col. Allen Frenzel of Carlisle, Penn.; daughter Josette Jones of Sparks; three grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
No services are planned.
Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of FitzHenry's Funeral Home of Carson City.
