A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Sunday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley in Carson City for Marie Woodford Page, 81, a seven-year resident of Dayton.
Mrs. Page died March 9 at Carson-Tahoe Hospital.
Born Oct. 18, 1918, to Scott Owen and Minnie Alice Smith Woodford, she was a homemaker.
Mrs. Page moved to Dayton in 1993 from Langlois, Ore., where she lived for 19 years. She was a Presbyterian.
She enjoyed running knitting machines, making afgans and reading.
Mrs. Page was preceeded in death by her husband, Ralph Page, who died March 30, 1999; a daughter Barbara Jean Hasbrook, who died in December 1945; a son Edward Hasbrook who died in December 1998; and a sister Dorothy Mae Briant.
Mrs. Page is survived by a daughter, Bette Adams of Minden; a son, Ralph G. Page of El Borante, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Cremation will be by Walton's Carson Sierra Crematory. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
