Obituary: Mary Boczkiewicz Sanger

Mary Boczkiewicz Sanger, 82, a 45-year Redwood City, Calif., resident, died Dec. 15, 1999.

Family graveside services were held in Carson City.

Mrs. Sanger was born in Warm Springs, Ore. She attended elementary and high school in Carson City, and lived in Seattle and Washington, D.C., before settling in Redwood City.

She was a loving wife, mother and friend. She was an accomplished china painter, a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Redwood City, and Phi Mu and Beta Sigma Phi sororities.

Among her survivors are her husband of 62 years, Roland Sanger of Carson City; daughter, Nina Prockish of Anchorage, Alaska; son, Wayne Sanger; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
