Thomas Arthur Marlowe, 68, a Carson City resident for the past 24 years, died March 31, at Sierra Convalescent Hospital. He was born July 5, 1931, in Harvey, Ill., to George Albert and Gladys Hope Connor Marlowe.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Maryland.
Mr. Marlowe was a brick mason. He was a Baptist.
He served in the U.S. Navy as a Seabee during the Vietnam era.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Among his survivors are his wife, M.J. "Rusty" of Carson City; daughter, Linda Sue Brannam of Texas; four stepchildren; brothers, George A. of Florida and Robert S. of Maryland; sister, M. Susan Marlowe of Washington, D.C.; several nieces and nephews and four grandchildren.
No service is planned at this time.
Cremation will be at Sierra Crematory.
