State Fair benefit golf tourney

The Board of Directors of the Nevada State Fair will holds its first golf tournament, Fairway of Fun on June 2 at Washoe Golf Course.

The format will be two-person scramble, with a cost of $110 per person or $200 for a team of two. Entry fee will include a post-tournament barbecue hosted by the Silver Dollar Youth Livestock Auction, commemorative golf shirt, tee attractions and contests and carnival food and beverages on the course. There will also be a raffle featuring prizes such as a round of golf for two at Montreaux and Nevada State Fair tickets.
