An agreement for shuttle service, a proposed lease for the Gold Hill Depot, a development agreement for the Tahoe/Reno Industrial Park and proposals for a mine at Devil's Gate and mill at American Flats all come before the Storey County Commissioners Tuesday.

The 10 a.m. meeting will be in the courthouse district courtroom.

W. Hughes Brockbank and Plum Mining Co. are proposing to mine, mill and process ore from an open pit, called Billy the Kid Pit, above Devil's Gate three months a year, five days a week, 12 hours a day. A new facility at American Flats would process the ore nine months a year, shutting down for the winter. The commissioners are to review a special use application for the operation.

A lease of the Gold Hill Depot between the county and the Gold Hill Historical Society is set for discussion and possible action.

The commissioners could approve an agreement between the Storey County Transportation Commission and the Virginia City Convention and Tourism Authority for the operation of a shuttle service.

As they have for the past several months, possible discussion and action to revise the county's ordinances regarding "houses of ill fame" appear on the agenda, as does discussion of the Mustang brothels.
