Capital Nevada Toastmasters Geneva Arnold and Claire Clift recently participated in a speech and evaluation contest held at Grandma Hattie's Restaurant.
Arnold took top honors for best speech of the evening, Mike Cole of the Carson Valley Toastmasters was runner up. Joe Denton of Carson Valley received best evaluation, Dean Borges of Kit Carson Toastmasters was runner up.
Winners in all contests may represent their clubs in the Division B speech competition at 9 a.m. April 15 at the Atlantis Hotel/Casino in Reno.
