Two Carson City men were arrested for investigation of felony drug possession and sales Friday.
Members of the Tri-Net Narcotics Task Force had requested assistance in making felony warrant arrest Friday morning of Jose Manuel Estrada-Patron in the 2100 block of Lone Mountain Drive.
After agents and a deputy arrived at the home and confirmed that Estrada-Patron was there, they asked for and received permission to search the home, according to the arrest report.
A sock containing about 120 grams of suspected methamphetamine was found beneath the soap in a box of laundry detergent in the bathroom, the report said.
Estrada, 26, was arrested for investigation of two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, one of possession of methamphetamine and one of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. He was held on $275,000 bail.
Joaquin Velasquez-Garcia, 19, was arrested for investigation of one count each of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. He was held on $250,000 bail.
