Two employees of J.C. Penney Co. were arrested Monday after store security discovered that they were conspiring to buy merchandise with their employee discounts and return the merchandise at the full price, reports indicate.
An 18-year-old boy and a 16 -year-old girl were charged with suspicion of misdemeanor embezzlement.
Store officials estimate that $212 was taken from the store on South Carson Street.
