Because one is never able to make a safe left turn onto Carson Street, we must look for an alternate route into downtown from the north side. Northgate is badly congested due to the construction zone on Emerson. Emerson is coned off into two very narrow lanes for north and south traffic but construction crews feel free to park their equipment in these lanes. We cannot stay penned up in our homes for the duration. We must be able to move around town.

Construction on Carson Street will probably be a replay of the repaving of South Carson 10 years ago where people were having to drive up over banks to get away from the overzealous flag people who have minimal training, who have no idea what they're doing, and primarily are out busy flirting with truck drivers and roller drivers. NDOT, another screwup. Thanks for no bypass.
