Galena High graduate Billy Paganetti was named as a third team All-American this past season by the National High School Baseball Coaches Association.
Paganetti, who is heading to Stanford, was also named to All District VII Western Regional first team by the Baseball Coaches Association. Paganetti hit .482 with 12 home runs, 13 doubles and 39 RBIs and also had 11 strikeouts through 6 2/3 innings with a 1.62 earned run average this past season for Galena.
