RosaLee McGill, 70, a Carson City resident for the past 15 years, died Oct. 20, 2001, in Carson City. She was born Feb. 28, 1931, in Sudan, Va.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Fallbrook, Calif., and Long Beach, Calif.
She married John Riley McGill Oct. 30, 1946.
Mrs. McGill was a registered nurse and served as director of nursing for a California hospital. She later worked for the Nevada State Prison in Carson City. She attended the Presbyterian Church.
Among her survivors are her husband John of Carson City; other immediate survivors John Richard McGill of Mission Viejo, Calif., Jason Ryan McGill of Carson City, Jonathan Aaron McGill of Carson City, Roseann McGill of Carson City; mother Rosa Wise Powell of Delaware; brother and sister-in-law Naymond and May Wise of Virginia; sisters and brothers in-law Mary and Bill Rantz of Delaware and Ethel and TJ Tucker of New Mexico and grandchildren Robert John McGill, Tyler James McGill and Michael Thomas McGill, all of California.
At her request, no service will be held.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
