Tabitha Adams set up another strong attack for the Carson High volleyball team in a 15-2, 15-1, 15-9 win over Wooster on Saturday.

Adams rolled up 46 assists in the win for Carson (7-3). "She was setting the ball in good spots," Carson coach Daryl James said. "It shows that we put the ball away. We had a lot of kills."

Rachael DeRiemer had 13 kills and three blocks, Megan Anderson had 10 kills and one block, Teri Niederer had five kills and four blocks, Kaitlin Brush had four kills and Colleen Doyle added three kills.

James said his team also passed the ball much better than in its loss to Douglas on Thursday.

"We played fine," James said. "I was happy with the kids staying intense.

"We need to take care of business and we did. I think Wooster is a little better than they played. We're where we need to be."

In addition, James praised the defense of Talia Joyce. Samantha Silvestri served out the match as well for Carson.
