Robert R. Corbett, 63, a Carson City resident for the past 49 years, died April 28, 2002, in Carson City. He was born March 19, 1939, in Idaho, to William and Opal Hamner Corbett.
Before moving to Carson City, he lived in Idaho.
Mr. Corbett was an avid fisherman and enjoyed traveling.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1969.
Among his survivors are his mother Opal of Carson City; daughters Trina Baker and Valanda Corbett of Gardnerville; brother Larry Corbett of Gardnerville; sister Viola Shroeder of Redding, Calif.; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at Fitzhenry's Crematory.
FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
