Obituary: Louise Sanders Hill

A memorial service for Louise Sanders Hill, 88, a Fallon resident, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Epworth United Methodist Church in Fallon.

Mrs. Hill died Jan. 2, 2001, at a Fernley care facility. She was born July 4, 1913, in Upper Dry Creek, Idaho, to Arthur and Nellie Weech Sanders.

Mrs. Hill was a homemaker and a dispatcher for Southern Pacific Railroad. She was a member of the Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, in April 1970.

Among her survivors are her daughter Naomi Brown and son, John, both of Fallon; son James "Jim" of Troutcreek, Mont.; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Smith Family Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
