Barbara Ann Siever, 68, died Jan. 14, 2002, in Yuma, Ariz. She was born June 8, 1933, in Ferndale, Mich., to George and Josephine Bernard.
She was a resident of California, Florida and since 1988 Northern Nevada. She and her husband stayed and worked at the Araby Acres RV Resort in Yuma, Ariz., in the winter months for the past two years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Janet Goedkin and grandson Justin.
Among her survivors are her husband of 41 years Andy; sister Joyce Burrows of Houston, Texas, children Randy Siever of Sparks, Marc Siever of California, Mary Matthews of Carson City and Curtis Siever of Gardnerville; daughters by marriage Diana Billingsly, Donna Long and Devra Lopez; 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held at the Araby Acres Recreation Hall.
A second memorial will be at 6 p.m. Jan. 26 at Sparks Christian Fellowship, 510 Greenbrae Drive (in the Greenbrae Shopping Center), Sparks.
