Agnes Desjardins Richardson, 90, died Sept. 7, 2002, in Carson City. She was born Dec. 16, 1911, in Tecumseh, Ontario, Canada, to August and Rose Hennin Desjardins.
She married Charles Wilson Ashbaugh in 1930. He preceded her in death in 1953.
She married Dennis Richardson in Detroit, Mich., in 1963. They moved to Elko, and he died in 1981.
Mrs. Richardson then moved to Carson City where she worked for many years at the Carson Nugget.
Among her survivors are her daughters Marilyn Wren, Lenore Cruz and Charlene Adamson, all of Carson City; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and nephew Marvin Labute of Livonia, Mich.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
