Dayton softball falls to Whittell

Natalie Malekos went 3-for-3 for the Dayton High softball team, but it wasn't enough in a 17-6 loss to Whittell on Tuesday.

Malekos also doubled, had an RBI and scored three runs for Dayton. In addition for the Dust Devils, Keeli Garcia was 2-for-3 with a run, Rachel Hurt had a hit and scored a run, Lacy Taylor was 1-for-2 with a run and an RBI, Jessie Ayres went 1-for-2 with two RBIs and Vienna Cabrita added a hit.
