Birthday cake, coffee and a tour of public services provided by the Nevada State Library and Archives are all part of festivities planned for Wednesday as the State Library and Archives celebrates its building's 10th birthday.
The party will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the building, 100 N. Stewart St., in Carson City
"From free computer labs to public art galleries, there is something here for everyone and we invite residents who have never been inside the building to take a look at the variety of public services available," State Library and Archive Administrator Sara Jones said.
As part of the 10th Birthday celebration, Library and Archives staff will lead guided Passport to Knowledge tours of public services, helping visitors discover what's in it for them.
