Obituary: Teresita Sanfilippo

A memorial service for Teresita Sanfilippo, 41, a Carson City resident for the past 30 years, will be at noon today at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.

Mrs. Sanfilippo died April 17, 2003, at Carson-Tahoe Hospital. She was born March 29, 1962, to Adela Cronk.

Before moving to Carson City, she lived in the Philippines.

She married Frank Sanfilippo on Dec. 6, 1980, in the First United Methodist Church in Carson City.

Mrs. Sanfilippo enjoyed crafts, bowling, jewelry making and auto racing. She was a Catholic.

Among her survivors are her husband, mother Adela Cronk and son Tony Sanfilippo, all of Carson City; daughter, Shana Sanfilippo of Salt Lake City; and sister, Sonya Vasquez of Carson City.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.
