A Silver Springs man was arrested Wednesday after two juveniles said he sexually assaulted them, according to the Lyon County Sheriff's Department.
Scott Schantz, 34-year-old laborer, was arrested without incident by deputies at the Truck Inn in Fernley. Evidence gathered by Lyon County investigators confirmed that both victims had been sexually assaulted.
Schantz is being held at the Lyon County Jail in Yerington on two counts of sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16. Bail was set at $300,000.
His court date has not yet been set.
