The class is designed for entry level fly anglers and it is free.
NDOW will demonstrate techniques for fishing moving waters and still waters.
The three sessions will be held at the Nevada Department of Wildlife's headquarters conference room at 1100 Valley Road in Reno.
The class sessions are:
Friday: 6-8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. until noon.
There is a minimum age of 10 to attend and a parent or guardian must accompany all children.
A fishing license is required for those 12 years of age or older.
Participants are requested to provide their own tackle.
A limited number of rods are available for use by those who do not have their own fishing equipment.
Pre-registration is required.
