Native Nevadan Mary Jo Findlay, 77, of Henderson, died Aug. 20, 2003 at St. Rose Dominican Hospital's Siena Campus. She was born Sept. 16, 1925, in Caliente.
Mrs. Henderson was a homemaker and known for her support of educational and athletic and other community programs.
Among her survivors are her husband, Pete of Henderson; daughter, Karen Hohl of Carson City; sons Cliff and Ed both of Henderson; brother Bruce Kutcher of Panaca; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society's Las Vegas Chapter or Safe Nest.
Interment and was held Saturday.
Palm Mortuary in Las Vegas was in charge of arrangements.
