Clara L. Weisser

A funeral for Clara L. Weisser, 88, a Northern Nevada resident for the past 67 years, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Weisser died Dec. 10, 2003, at her home in Carson City. She was born Oct. 21, 1915, in Sepulvada, Okla., to John and Effie Brand.

She married Martin Weisser in 1936 in Silver Springs. He preceded her in death in 1988.

Before coming to this area, she lived in Dallas, Texas.

Mrs. Weisser was a homemaker. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church.

Among her survivors are her son, John M. of Palomino Valley; daughter, Ellen Boone of Carson City; granddaughters Christine Boone of Bremerton, Wash., and Teresa Vermilion of Reno and four great-grandchildren.

Burial will be at Lone Mountain Cemetery.
