That ride will begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday evening with a wine and cheese get-together at the Ramada Inn in Lovelock and end on Monday in Surprise Valley, Calif., located near Cedarville in Northern Modoc County.
The 250-mile trip is specifically designed for SUV and other four-wheel drive families.
This is a trip that offers moderate four-wheeling experiences and one that provides participants an opportunity to visit many historic points of interest along the Lassen-Applegate Emigrant Trail.
The cost for the trip is $250 per adult and $125 per child, ages 11 and under. It includes all meals from breakfast on Saturday through lunch on Monday.
In addition, to bringing their own tents and sleeping bags, participants are also encouraged to bring a CB radio, camera, folding chairs, trail snacks, refreshments and drinking water.
The Lassen-Applegate Emigrant Trail Ride is full insured and operates under a permit from the Bureau of Land Management.
