Athletic clearance forms, including physical forms, are available for Carson High athletes at the school's main office.
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any student interested in participating in fall sports must be cleared before the starting dates of Aug. 14 (football) and Aug. 18 (boys and girls cross country, volleyball, boys and girls tennis, girls golf and boys and girls soccer).
The athletic office will reopen on Aug. 11 to except completed forms and provide clearance slips.
