A funeral Mass for Katherine C. Rodney-Stout, 72, a Longmont, Colo., resident for the past six years, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Gall Catholic Church in Gardnerville.
Viewing will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday at St. Gall with a Rosary at 7 p.m.
Mrs. Rodney-Stout died March 5, 2003, at Longmont United Hospital in Longmont. She was born April 2, 1930, in Chicago to Robert John and Katerina Wilmes Rodney.
Before moving to Longmont, she lived in Gardnerville.
Mrs. Rodney-Stout was a homemaker. She loved American Indian and Egyptian lore, art and music, current events, fine dining, good cooking, animals, elves and traveling. She played the drums in the 1930s and 1940s and was an excellent photographer.
She was a member of Spirit of Peace Catholic Church in Longmont and St. Gall Catholic Church in Gardnerville.
Among her survivors are her husband Benjamin of Longmont and daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and Randy Foster of Broomfield, Colo.
Burial will be at Eastside Memorial Park.
