A celebration of life service for Jason Lee Knight, 23, a Carson City resident for the past seven months, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Yerington Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mr. Knight died March 15, 2003, in Carson City. He was born Sept. 1, 1979, in Reno to Dennis W. and Edna C. Knight.
He graduated from Yerington High School and had lived in Yerington most of his life.
He worked in the shipping department of Wal-Mart.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Wayne.
Among his survivors are his fiancee, Tiffany Morin and her family; parents; sister, Jennifer L. Knight; uncles and aunts Mike and Peggy Rupert and Elmer R. and Robyn Doutre; and several cousins.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
Inurnment will be in Valley View Cemetery in Yerington.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
