Karen Sue Faust Kmetz

A memorial service for Karen Sue Faust Kmetz, 58, of Dayton will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith.

Mrs. Kmetz died Oct. 4, 2003, at home. She was born July 5, 1945, in Davenport, Iowa, to Atlee F. and Louise C. Zurell Faust. She graduated from Westmont Hilltop High in 1963 and Penn State in 1967.

Among her survivors are her husband of 35 years, Gerald L. "Jerry" of Dayton; daughter and son-in-law, Stacey L. and Ashkan Kouchesfehani of San Jose, Calif.; son, Eric M. of San Jose; mother, Louise C. Adams of Moravian Manor, Lititz, Pa.; brother and sister-in-law, Peter W. and Carole Faust of Lancaster, Pa. and Gary S. Faust of Moravian Manor.

Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory.

FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
