Trula L. Millard, 65, a Yerington resident for the past 36 years, died Oct. 11, 2003. She was born Oct. 13, 1937, in Rawlings, Wyo., to Ernest and Dorothea Vonberg Charter.
She married Lester Millard Feb. 16, 1955, in Fallon.
Mrs. Millard worked as a waitress.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1992 and brother, Ernest D. Charter.
Among her survivors are her sons Ernest of Gardnerville and Robert and Jody, all of Round Mountain; daughters Tina Smith of Salmon, Idaho, and Bonnie Blakely of Yerington; 18 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Private family services were held.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
