Vicie I. Busse

Vicie I. Busse, 82, a Gardnerville resident for the past five years, died March 27, 2004, at her home in Gardnerville.

Mrs. Busse was born Dec. 31, 1921, in Arkansas to John Rout and Jessie Stone.

Prior to living in Gardnerville, she lived in Renton, Wash.

Mrs. Busse was a homemaker.

Among her survivors are her husband, James A. Busse of Gardnerville; sons James A. Jr. of Long Beach, Calif., and Thomas E. and Leslie Busse, both of Gardnerville; daughter, Lori L. Edwards of Gardnerville; eight grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

Inurnment will be at Northern Nevada Memorial Cemetery in Fernley at a later date.

Cremation is under the direction of FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City.

FitzHenry's Carson Valley Funeral Home in Gardnerville is in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Mary's Hospice.
