SILVER SPRINGS
The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:
Monday: Veal cutlet, sauteed onion gravy, rice, broccoli and cauliflower, fresh orange.
Tuesday: Ham and cheese sandwich, tomato soup, salad bar, fresh apple.
Wednesday: Chicken and noodles, cauliflower, peaches, bread, ice cream.
Thursday: Roast beef, au gratin potatoes, asparagus, ambrosia salad, cake and ice cream.
Friday: Lunch at 11:30 a.m. Chili dogs with cheese and onion, macaroni salad, fruit cup.
YERINGTON

Tuesday: Stuffed baked potato, fruit, garden fresh salad, roll, cake, soup.
Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich with dressing, fruit, frozen peas, cranberry Jell-O salad, pudding, soup.
Thursday: Sloppy Joes, fruit, coleslaw, pickled beets, lemon bisque, soup.
Friday: Meatloaf, half baked potato, mixed veggies, pickled beets, cook's choice dessert, soup.
FERNLEY
Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:
Monday: Split pea and beef casserole, glazed carrots, lime Jell-O with grapefruit, roll.
Tuesday: Grilled cheese, garden soup, zucchini, baked apple.
Wednesday: Herb garlic chicken, baked potato, vegetable blend, strawberry shortcake.
Thursday: Crab salad, apricots, beets, Saltines, apple crisp.
Friday: Pork tenderloin, applesauce, glazed carrots, stuffing, gravy, bread, cake and ice cream.
