Catherine F. Kallo, 86, a Dayton resident for the past six years, died April 18, 2004, at Evergreen Care Center. She was born Sept. 30, 1917, in Dover, N.J., to Frank and Teresa D'Auria Fiorino.
Before moving to Dayton, she lived in San Jose, Calif.
Mrs. Kallo worked for Lockheed as an electronics assembler for 25 years. She enjoyed crocheting and traveling. She was a member of St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by five siblings.
Among her survivors are her husband, Joe of Carson City; daughters Terry Bell of Dayton and Sue Barker of San Jose; brothers Frank and Ray Fiorino of Succasunna, N.J., and the Rev. Alfred Fiorino, S.J., of Cornwell, N.Y.; sisters Theresa Tardive of Belvedere, N.J., Everista Sommer of Randolph, N.J., and Margaret Garris and Mary Fiorino, both of Dover; seven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
At her request, no service will be held.
Cremation will be at FitzHenry's Crematory. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
