A service for Vivian Weisenthal, 59, a Las Vegas resident for the past eight years, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at King David Memorial Chapel in Las Vegas.
Mrs. Weisenthal died Aug. 30, 2004, at Nathan Adelson Hospice-East. She was born Dec. 29, 1944, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Before moving to Las Vegas, she lived in Carson City for 17 years.
Mrs. Weisenthal was a senior customer service representative for a pharmacy.
Among her survivors are her husband, Steve of Las Vegas; son, Scott of Carson City; mother, Sarah Blumengold of Las Vegas; sister, Susan Cummin of Carson City; brother, Steve Blume of San Diego, Calif.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
King David Memorial Chapel & Cemetery is in charge of arrangements.
